Sunraysia Swimming

posted Apr 30, 2012, 2:22 AM by Clinton Williams
Hi Everyone,

Just a couple of reminders...

SSI Winter Training
SSI Winter Training will commence on Wednesday 2nd May at 4.30pm in the Waves indoor pool.
Training times will be Wednesdays at 4.30pm and Sundays at 4.00pm.

SSI AGM
Wednesday 23rd May at 8.00pm
Mildura Clubrooms
All commitee positions will be declared vacant and we will be looking for people to fill these positions.   If we don't fill these positions, it jeopardises the future of the fantastic 'Sunraysia Swimming' which continually goes from strength to strength each year.  It is not a big commitment required to fulfil any of these positions just some dedication to your child/ren and their sport.  If you would like to find out some more information on what any committee position may involve, please don't hesitate to contact the current office bearer or you are most welcome to attend our next monthly meeting this Wednesday 2nd May at 8.00pm in the Mildura Clubrooms.   Please find nomination form for committee positions attached.

SV Registrations - Memberships
You may have already received an email regarding membership renewal details from Swimming Victoria.  Please don't try to renew any registrations online until advised.  Club Registrars - please don't process any registrations until advised.

Design a new Swimming Cap
It was decided at the last SSI committee meeting that we will design a new cap for presentation to the swimmers who are selected for the Country Interdistrict Competition and who qualify for Country Championships.

We would love the swimmers to help with the design of these caps.  We want something bright, funky that stands out and clearly identifies which club/district we represent.  If you have any suggestions or would like to design a new cap we would love to hear from you. Try to incorporate the number 10 in the interdistrict cap and Sunraysia into the Countries cap.  Please send your design and/or suggestions to Robyn O'Brienrobrien1@ncable.com.au or post to PO Box 3346, Mildura.

Thanks
Robyn
